Excess exposure to humidity and hot weather can cause heat stroke, that’s the reason why you need to drink plenty of fluids or water everyday, especially when the weather is hot or its summer season. If your kids ,family member or your partner want to enjoy the outdoor hot weather, you should better inform or apply the following tips to prevent incident such as heat stroke.
2 You need to prepare plenty of fluids or water to drink; you can prevent heat stroke by drinking even when you are not thirsty. Our body needs to be prepared, heat can dry you up. If you’re in an activity or exercising its prescribe to drink two to four glasses of water an hour. Some Sports drinks also good to drink, it has properties that can replace all the loss minerals while sweating
3 Avoid sugary, caffeinated and alcoholic beverages. These kind of beverages can lose your body fluids.
4 Stay on shaded area or prevent excess exposure to direct sunlight as much as possible. Use home or room air-conditioned to cool-up, go shopping or just hangout with your friends at malls. This can help you cool up your body when the weather is hot
5 Stay away from your tight clothes, wear loose fittings, with ventilation, thin clothing. Black or with darker color clothes can absorb heat that rises up your body temperature
