We have received a call from CCI asking us to help them out with troubleshooting the email server. At first the owner thought that it was a email client problem(Thunderbird, Outlook, Em Client) but as per checking the server and also testing the email account. We have found out that some of the email account they have, is not yet existing on the webhost or the account is not yet created. To illustrate the situation for you, let me explain and give you the error code. When someone send an email unto a business account. The sender received and email saying the 550 error happen. What we recommend them to do is to open an email account using the webhost server. By this, the email should be hosted on the server as well as the website itself. They are encountering plenty of problem and here is another one. What we found out that it was also associated to a non exisiting email account which is hosted on Google(Gmail) what we ask them to do is to remove the account as this is the one causing the problem.
Luckly for us, all the recommendation are working. We have manage to help them out with the problem.
